Dr. Samuil D. Rafailov is triple board-certified in general surgery, cosmetic surgery, and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rafailov is well-versed in the width and breadth of his surgical fields and believes that spending time with patients before surgery is just as important as spending time operating. Along with his utmost interest in patient education, Dr. Rafailov is also highly interested in minimally invasive surgery, breast enhancement surgery, liposuction, liposculpting, as well as body contouring surgery.
Dr. Rafailov comes from an immigrant family and grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where he earned his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College. He completed his medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and postgraduate training in general surgery at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY. After successfully completing his surgical training, Dr. Rafailov sought additional training in cosmetic surgery through an accredited fellowship in Spokane, WA.
While training in Spokane, Dr. Rafailov also served the community as an acute care surgeon at several local institutions, including Deaconess and Valley Hospitals. After completing his training, Dr. Rafailov moved back to the east coast to be closer to his family in New York. Dr. Rafailov accepted an attending position as a general surgeon in Newton Medical Center and Hackettstown Medical Centers and continued practicing cosmetic surgery in Manhattan, NY.
Soon thereafter, the community began to show interest in cosmetic surgery locally. This desire inspired Dr. Rafailov to open his own practice in Northern Jersey to meet this demand and provide services previously unavailable to our community.
Dr. Rafailov is an active member of the American College of Surgery, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Robert Dragotti is a compassionate and approachable triple board-certified cosmetic surgeon with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals with care and understanding. He holds esteemed certifications in Facial Cosmetic Surgery from the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS), General Body Cosmetics from the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), and General Surgery from the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS).
A graduate of the renowned Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, Dr. Dragotti refined his surgical expertise through a high-volume general surgery residency in New York City. His talent and dedication led to an exclusive cosmetic surgery fellowship in Bellevue, Washington, where he trained under leading experts, including Cosmetic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Oculoplastic Surgeons, Facial Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Gynecologists, and Dermatologists.
With a warm and friendly approach, Dr. Dragotti brings extensive experience from thousands of procedures, specializing in breast and body contouring, including Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs), Body Lifts, Mommy Makeovers, Breast Lifts, Breast Augmentations, and Liposuction.
